Salzburg is a highlight for sure, but this tour also offers Bavarian landscapes, Alpine views, lakes, rivers, and more!

Skill Level — Moderate
This is a moderate, self-guided tour. There are 6 days of cycling with distances ranging from 31 to 47 miles (50 - 75 km). Biking is mainly on flat routes but there are also hilly sections. Between the Inn Valley and Salzburg, you must master a few gradients, but the view will be worth it. Most of the riding is on bike paths and country roads with little traffic. Very brief portions of the route (never longer than one or two kilometers) will be covered on moderately busy roads as you enter and exit cities or larger towns. You should be in good physical condition and have cycling experience for this tour.
